Controlled in violation, a grocery store and shisha bar administratively closed by the prefect of Hérault

These two Montpellier businesses were respectively sanctioned with one month of closure and fifteen days of closure.

Intransigent on the non-compliance with the legislation in force, the prefect of Hérault François-Xavier Lauch has just issued two new administrative closure orders against two businesses based in Montpellier.

The first is the SH grocery store, located at 31 rue du Faubourg-du-Courreau, which has been closed for two months for selling alcohol after 10 p.m., and this, in recurrence.

For its part, the hookah bar Le Neptune club, located at 400 avenue du Château-d’O, will have to close its iron curtain for fifteen days  for non-compliance with the ban on smoking in a place open to the public.
