New twist in the Gilles d'Ettore affair. This Tuesday, May 28, the daughter of the clairvoyant, Sophia Martinez, and one of her relatives, were indicted for having been employed at the town hall of Agde.

This Monday, May 27, two new people were placed in police custody in connection with the Gilles d'Ettore  affair: he’ concerns the daughter, aged 20, of the clairvoyant and a very close friend of the latter, aged 42. Both & quot;were presented to the investigating magistrate this Tuesday, May 28", indicates the public prosecutor of Béziers, Raphaël Balland, in a press release. And they were indicted "for having been employed at the town hall of Agde between September 2023 and April 2024 for the girl, under an apprenticeship contract, and between April 2023 and March  nbsp;2024 for the clairvoyant's friend, as responsible for the "toll gate" of the naturist village of Cap-d’Agde"< /em>, the prosecutor further indicates.

These new indictments come after that of a 63-year-old real estate developer from Hérault, revealed Midi Libre, this Monday May 27. Indeed, last May 14, "investigators from the interdepartmental service of the judicial police of Montpellier took into custody this promoter and his associate, in the context of the financing, by companies of which they are the directors, of the kitchen equipped with the clairvoyant's house, part of her wedding buffet and plane tickets to Paris, all for more than 17,000 euros ;, specifies prosecutor Raphaël Balland. The business manager was indicted for misuse of corporate assets and breach of trust to the detriment of his companies and active corruption with the mayor of Agde. He was placed under judicial supervision with the obligation to pay a bond in the amount of 25,000 euros. and subject to several prohibitions including that of leaving the metropolitan territory and going to the premises of the Agde town hall or those of the Agglomeration. "The mayor of Agde had already been indicted for these facts on the charge of illegal taking of d&rsquo ;interests, the investigating magistrate suspecting him of having decided on these jobs because of his emotional proximity to the clairvoyant".

The two new indictees have been placed under judicial supervision with in particular the ban on going to the premises of the Agde town hall. The investigations are continuing under the ;authority now of two investigating magistrates, the president of the judicial court of Béziers having decided to order a co-referral of two judges to direct this judicial information.
