Gilles d'Ettore case: in Montpellier, the hearing of the court of appeal on the release of the mayor of Agde delayed

Écroué le 21 mars dernier pour "corruption, prise illégale d’intérêt", le maire d’Agde et président de l’agglomération Hérault Méditerranée a fait appel de son placement en détention, tout comme la voyante Sophia Martinez.

A social movement in prisons

Gilles D'Ettore, defended by Me Jean-Marc Darrigade, is supposed to be present at this hearing, but a strike movement which affects the penitentiary establishments in our region disrupts for the’ moment his arrival : "He hasn’has not arrived yet, we risk having a delay in the extractions" indicated at the start of the hearing the president of the investigating chamber.

Sophia Martinez, the clairvoyant, will come on Thursday April 4 to challenge her placement in detention.
