Handball: five MHB players retained by Guillaume Gille in the final group for Euro 2024

While the preparation course for the French handball team for Euro 2024 (January 10-28) ended this Sunday, December 24, coach Guillaume Gille revealed the ;#39;identity of the 20 players in the final group to participate in the competition, and five MHB players are among them.

They are among those who will spend Christmas with the good news. Right winger Yanis Lenne, fullback Valentin Porte (used on the wing for the Blues), defender Karl Konan as well as goalkeepers Charles Bolzinger and Rémi Desbonnet, all players of Montpellier Handball, will indeed be in the final group of 20 players to participate in Euro 2024 in Germany from January 10 to 28.

The coach Guillaume Gille will then have to choose 16 names for each match to check off on the match sheet, the last four boys will go and watch the match from the German stands.

Before the start of the Euro, the Blues will face Tunisia and Brazil on January 4 and 6 in Nantes in two friendly matches. They will enter the fray on January 10 against North Macedonia, then Switzerland on the 14th and Germany on the 16th.
