Alors qu'ils préparaient leur match face à Clermont, ce samedi 8 juin, les joueurs et le staff du MHR se sont tenu au courant de l'évolution de la finale de Pro D2 pour connaître le nom de leur futur adversaire.

"We left some boys at home who prepared, who trained today, who watched the Pro D2 final. Around fifteen players, plus part of the staff who remained in Montpellier", explains Patrice Collazo.

"We'expect a big piece"

"We'll say that we did a bit of both, but we still remained focused on the Clermont match, adds hooker Christophe Tolofua. We prepared for our match first and then we took the time to watch what was happening, of course. It was important to take the time to know who we were going to meet and especially when we start to anticipate next week."

"We didn't see everything, but we watched part of the match, continues Thomas Darmon. Grenoble, it's a great team, they don't deserve anything, they play good rugby. We know a little about their team profile, it's an ambitious team that plays hard, so we expect a big piece.

Perhaps the most important match in the young history of the MHR.
