“I am pro-Palestinian, I do not work for any Jewish person”: influencer Poupette Kenza slips up, her account suspended

Recently, the influencer Poupette Kenza, followed by more than a million people, created a controversy by declaring "I am pro-Palestinian, I do not work for any Zionist person, any Jewish person. Even if she finally walked back her comments, her Instagram account has no longer been accessible since Wednesday, May 15.

"I don't work for any Zionist or Jewish person. I don’have no partners, no agents who are Jewish or anything", had declared influencer Poupette Kenza in a story where she appears in front of the camera, wanting to justify being "pro-Palestinian". By calling for a boycott of brands associated with Israel, his comments were deemed anti-Semitic and shocked Internet users.

"I have nothing against the Jews"

Since Wednesday, May 15, his Instagram account, followed by 1.2 million people, is no longer accessible. In the meantime, the story has been viewed nearly a million times and relayed on X, forcing the 23-year-old young woman to explain herself. "I have nothing against the Jews, I have nothing against the Christians, I have nothing against the Muslims. It’is just against the Zionists and those who finance the genocide", she then declared in a new video, admitting to being "poorly expressed".

Poupette Kenza even tried to calm the situation by declaring: "S’there are poupettes who are Jewish, who follow me and who are against everything that happens, there are no worries, welcome to the team.
