'I look pretty fit for a dead f******': Elon Musk's daughter's scathing response to her dad's transphobic comments

Vivian Jenna Wilson, daughter of American billionaire Elon Musk, reacted on July 25, 2024 to her father's transphobic remarks and more broadly to the anti-trans battle he is leading.

In an interview with the Daily Wire on July 22, the SpaceX founder took a swipe at his daughter's gender transition, while continuing to call her "his son Xavier". The billionaire notably claimed to have "lost his son" who was allegedly "killed by the woke virus".

His daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson, then responded to him on July 25, not on X (formerly Twitter) owned by the Tesla founder, but on Threads owned by Meta (Facebook). She first reassured Internet users by explaining that she was "very well" before addressing his father: “I look pretty fit for a dead whore”.

“I'm the one who disinherited him, not the other way around”

The day after Elon Musk's interview, his daughter wanted to clarify the situation: “I'm the one who disinherited him, not the other way around,” she says of her father and his transition. “This anti-trans crusade was never about “protecting children”, but about trying to justify the outdated and ugly prejudices of conservatives by protecting them behind the flimsiest of barriers”, she concludes about her father's anti-trans battle.

The latter, in particular, indicated to the Daily Wire that he was deceived when he let his daughter Vivian Jenna Wilson undergo sex reassignment surgery: “It happened to one of my older sons, I was manipulated into signing documents. This was before I understood what was really going on. There was a lot of confusion and I was told, “He could commit suicide,” he says to ultra-conservative psychologist Jordan Peterson. I was not told that puberty blockers are actually sterilization drugs.”
