Based at the Saint-Julien-des-Points agri-food hub, the unit manufactures fruit, vegetable and plant chips. An innovative food production process that saves water and energy. The site also serves as a research center. At the end of the visit, a tasting will be offered, focused on preserving taste quality and composed of local raw materials.
