The accident occurred in the territory of the commune of Saint-Jean-du-Gard, this Thursday, January 4, in the middle of the afternoon. The victim was transported to Alès hospital.
This Thursday, January 4, at 2:45 p.m., the Gard firefighters intervened in a hiking accident that occurred in the territory of the commune of Saint-Jean-du-Gard, near the rock of Tinaou.
As the site is difficult to access, a team from the research and intervention group in perilous environments (Grimp) was mobilized to take care of the victim, a woman aged 71 years. Slightly injured, she was transported to the Alès hospital center.
This intervention mobilized eleven firefighters and six vehicles.
