Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, was hospitalized this Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at the London Clinic in the United Kingdom. She underwent surgery on her abdomen, as explained in a press release from Kensington Palace.

The operation was scheduled. No information was provided on the reasons for this hospitalization. According to several British media, the 42-year-old wife of Prince William and mother of three children does not suffer from cancer.

A convalescence "of 2 to 3 months"

However, Kate Middleton's health condition is serious enough to keep her in the hospital for up to two weeks and we' 39;expects his convalescence to take two to three months", says BBC.

Intense nausea

Previously, the princess had been hospitalized for three days for severe morning sickness in 2012, when she was pregnant with Prince George, recalls the Daily Mail, which devotes an article to his medical history.
