Koh-Lanta 2024: who is Léa, the new Sète candidate to have made her surprise entry into the adventure game ?

Léa Nortardonado, étudiante infirmière et secouriste originaire de Sète a rejoint en cours de route le casting de la série Koh-Lanta, diffusée chaque mardi à 21 h 10 sur TF1.

Among the castaways freshly landed in the Philippines, where this last season was filmed, is Léa Notarardonado.

"I live for sport"

Originally from Sète, in Hérault, the 22-year-old young woman presents herself as a great sportswoman. "I live for sport", says Léa in her presentation video. She says she trains four times a week in running, once a week in crossfit and once again in swimming, and also frequents the gym where she does weight training regularly. four times a week.

She also practiced sports lifesaving for ten years in competition, a sport in which she was the French champion medalist in 2016. For five years, Léa has been a lifesaver on the beaches of Hérault.

Student nurse and volunteer firefighter

"For me there is nothing better than sport to prove that mentally we can go far", says the student nurse and volunteer firefighter who prepared for the competition like a warrior. "When I knew that I was going to participate in Koh-Lanta, I learned how to make a fire, I trained in target practice. rsquo;arc and I worked on my balance.

Adopted by the red team of "Matudak", there is no doubt that his team will be able to count on his physical strength and his mental steel to go far.  

Alongside Léa, William, a 62-year-old survival expert, also joined the adventure. The oldest of this season joined the yellow Kadasi team, which yesterday won the comfort test and the immunity test, thus leading the reds to the council who eliminated the outspoken pool saleswoman,  Alicia.
