His project manager notably had the urban planning issues of the territory explained.

"Make local elected officials real stars." It’is in these terms that Théo Cviensel, a communicator who is now a consultant for the French Federation of Things That Work (FFTM), describes the ambition of his structure. An association founded three years ago by a municipal elected official from Cher, it is currently engaged for the third consecutive year in a tour of France of local initiatives which stopped this Tuesday 16th. July in Sète and Frontignan.

Breakfast

It is in particular the ZAC East entrances South and North bank of the Singular Island and the sector of the ex-MOBIL of the Muscat city that caught the eye of the communicator. “These are colossal issues that are structuring for the territory”, was keen to explain this former unsuccessful candidate for the 2022 legislative elections in Haute-Marne. To have them better explained to him, he met with some local elected officials, Laurence Magne and Loïc Linares (both vice-president of the Agglo) in this case, with whom he claims to have “breakfast”.

After his tour of France, Théo Caviezel will bring together the FFTM partners to decide which initiatives and which elected officials will be highlighted during a “grand show” planned for next November at the Folies Bergères (Paris). And who will perhaps see Mrs. Magne and Mr. Linares go on stage.
