Marcoule nuclear site: the inter-union demands the reopening of negotiations under penalty of strike in February

At the end of the three-day annual negotiation which led to an impasse, the inter-union demanded the reopening of negotiations before January 30 under penalty of strike.

They have until January 30 to sign an agreement which they refuse. Representatives of the inter-union therefore issued, this Thursday, January 25, a 15-day strike notice running from February 1 to 15, reports Tristan Maison, FO union delegate from Orano-Melox in Chusclan.

While the negotiations remained frozen on a proposal from management with an overall envelope of 4% increase with a "heel" (minimum threshold whatever the employee's situation) of 47€, the representatives demand 4.5% and a stub of 120€.

For its part, the Tricastin inter-syndicale, having also given notice of a strike, had obtained the same overall envelope and a "heel& quot; from 55 €.
