A mattress, a suitcase and a blanket installed in a corner of the Esplanade. A man seems to be mowed down by poverty like other people in this sector which brings together some men in a situation of great precariousness. Local residents not only mention the impoverishment of these people but also the difficulties in reconciling precarious situations with the tourist dimension of the city. Furthermore, alcohol or drug consumption in this sector (with the resulting nuisances) through abuse is also noted, as are certain gatherings that are sometimes inconvenient for residents.
