The mayor who broke down a barrier exempted from punishment

Potentially dangerous monkey seized

#SÉRIGNANThis Tuesday, May 21, agents from the French Biodiversity Office and the gendarmes seized a marmoset illegally detained by a couple. They were denounced by their neighbors who denounced too much noise on a balcony. The animal, a male whose age has not yet been formally indicated, was discovered, tied with a leash.
