A cheesemaker at the market with nearly 40 references.. – J-F Gosselin

Since childhood Thibault Hugues accompanied his father, a cow and pig breeder, he liked the job but at 21 it was a change of direction that ;#39;he took, becoming a cheesemaker. Contact with the rural environment and the producers he loved persists.

Around forty varieties

A few years later with a beautiful refrigerated trailer in compliance with standards, it is on the region's markets that he promotes their best products by offering customers nearly around forty varieties of cheese.

Not all of his cheeses come from the nearby region, and working with an affineur (the one who accompanies the aging of the cheeses and develops their taste, his knowledge of salting and drying) allows him to present all the ;#39;year a wider range.

Thibault Hugues sets up his stand in Bezouce every Friday, he can also be found on the markets of Montfrin, Garons or Sernhac.
