One hundred laurel flowers stolen from the town of Montfrin.

Laurel flowers planted three weeks earlier by the municipality were stolen. 

On the night of Monday January 29 to Tuesday January 30, 100 laurel flowers were stolen in Montfrin near the roundabout on the Route de Beaucaire (D986L) in the Faubourg du Pont district. These shrubs were planted three weeks ago by the technical services of the commune as part of work to beautify the entrance to the village.

When contacted, Mayor Éric Trémoulet deplores this theft, the financial damage of which is estimated at 1,000 euros and specifies that he has filed a complaint. The shrubs will be replanted and monitored by a camera.
