Senior Hérault Cup: no duel between R1 teams but a big gap for the Cévennes in Frontignan

The draw for the round of 16 of the Coupe de l’Hérault took place this Friday evening at the headquarters of Midi Libre, in Saint-Jean-de-Védas. The matches will take place on the weekend of February 10 and 11.

Olivier Biscaye, the editorial director of midi Libre, accompanied by Mazouz Belgharbi, in charge of sports practice at the Hérault Football District and Jean-Pierre Cambon, responsible for event service at Hérault Sport, carried out the draw on Friday evening for the round of 16 of the Hérault Cup. And the first opposition between Cazouls-Maraussan (D2) and AS Lattes (R2).

The matches are scheduled for February 10-11.

A draw which was not kind to little Poucet, Montpellier Cévennes, resident of D4, who will go to Frontignan (R1).
A club which was relaunched this season with a senior team, under the leadership of its young president, Ismail Yatti, while waiting why not next season to open up to the youngest. "We prioritized the championship; the Cup is a bonus but facing a good opponent, an R1, we will do our best to pass.
