The Minister of Agriculture visits the Interprofessional Technical Center for Fruits and Vegetables in Bellegarde

Marc Fesneau, Minister of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty, is traveling to Gard this Friday, April 26, in the morning to Bellegarde before going to Vaucluse.

Marc Fesneau, Minister of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty, visits this Friday, April 26, in the morning, shortly after 10 a.m., at the' shelter from the rain, the Interprofessional Technical Center for Fruits and Vegetables in Balandran, in Bellegarde. This allowed him to discover three experimental projects linked to the fruit and vegetable sovereignty plan.

Three projects

The first, entitled Ceris’innov, helps fight against Drosophilia suzukki. The second, called Pilotis, is a research module on sterile insect techniques. Finally, the third concerns tests of citrus crops that adapt to climate change. Marc Fesneau also signs this Friday the agreement between the State, the CTIFL and Interfel.
