The Gard firefighters intervened this Tuesday, June 25, around 11:00 a.m. and nbsp;nbsp; to rescue a ULM and its crew, landed on the ground. A9 motorway, in the Orange-Montpellier direction, following the alert transmitted by air traffic control to the call processing center.

A safe landing

Quickly dispatched to the scene, near Nîmes Ouest, an echelon composed of an ambulance, a fire-fighting machine, an extrication vehicle, as well as two vehicles command took into account the intervention in order to secure the area, assisted by law enforcement and motorway services.

Fortunately, the aircraft landed safely on the emergency lane, without being damaged and above all without any injuries.
