Bathers in the water, despite everything

The ban is active for an indefinite period, specifies the city on its Facebook account, and invites beach users to respect the ban. It was a hydrocarbon slick that was detected, specifies the municipality. This Monday, August 12, however, there were people in the water, as several witnesses noted.
