She now communicates via her lawyer, assures that she will not return the brand. And says she is driven by the general interest, as a whistleblower. But who is she? What do we know about her?

Constance Calandri has been the talk of the town for several weeks since this Biterroise registered the ASBH brand (verbal and figurative) with Inpi, taking advantage of a vacancy in property title. Today, through her lawyer, she positions herself as a defender of the general interest. This is what we know about his journey to try to better understand his approach…

Constance Calandri had political ambitions not the past. Since she was an unsuccessful FN candidate in the 5th constituency of Hérault in the 2012 legislative elections. She thus lost with 27.78% of the votes against Kléber Mesquida (72.22%). She was also general secretary of the FN Jeunes de l’Hérault.

A conviction in 2013

La Biterroise was a receptionist at the town hall of Béziers which she decided to attack at the industrial tribunal ;end of his contract. The satirical newspaper La Pieuvre du midi then gave him a double page interview.

Constance Calandri is also the ex-daughter-in-law of Gérard Tugas, co-president of the ASBH association. And given the current affair, it seems difficult not to mention it. Finally, in 2013, she was sentenced to 10 months in prison by the Narbonne court, at first instance. She was accused of having harassed her ex-boyfriend. On appeal, the conviction was overturned.
