Who will succeed Maxime Tessier ? Miss Languedoc grand finale cancelled and postponed due to violent storms

Ce vendredi 2 août 2024, la nouvelle Miss Languedoc devrait être élue à Beaucaire. Mais en raison des intempéries, la grande finale régionale a été annulée.

Bad weather invited itself to the party. This Friday evening was to be a dream evening for the 14 candidates for Miss Languedoc. But the regional grand final was canceled just as it was about to begin.

A postponed evening

Between 200 and 250 people were already present this Friday evening at Place Georges-Clemenceau, in front of Beaucaire town hall. But shortly after 9 p.m., the violent storms, which did not spare the south of France, fell on the Gard town.

Just like in Montpellier, heavy rainfall fell, forcing the many people present to return home. Thierry Mazars, regional delegate of the Miss France committee, quickly made the decision to cancel the evening which took place outside.

This has, however, been postponed until next week, Saturday August 10 at the same place (Place Clemenceau in Beaucaire) at 9 p.m.

Who will succeed Maxime Tessier ?

There are 14 of them, from local competitions and qualified at the end of the semi-final, Monday evening in Alès. Discover the candidates who dream of succeeding Maxime Teissier, Miss Languedoc 2023 and 4th runner-up to Miss France 2024.

Note that Maxime Teissier will be present to present the sash and crown to the one who will succeed him.
