Un moment convivial pour inaugurer la fresque réalisée entre la fin mai et le 20 juin, dans Alès. MIDI LIBRE – ALEXIS BETHUNE

The inauguration of the teenagers’ work took place this Tuesday, June 25, at noon.

The text engraved on the plaque unveiled this Tuesday, June 25, at the stroke of noon, in the Saint-Vincent passage, which connects the eponymous street to Taisson street, in the city center d’Alès, sums it all up: "This fresco on the Olympic and Paralympic Games was born from a collaboration between the Taisson college and the Sand’ Alès. 120 students from 3rd grade classes participated in this project under the leadership of Sam Labacci, their visual arts teacher." A work carried out over three weeks, through the intervention of small groups during several sessions.

The preparatory work is also exhibited

After the inauguration of the plaque, Christophe Rivenq, first deputy mayor and president of Alès Agglomération, even came to congratulate the schools.

On two walls of the gallery, almost all of the college students' preparatory work also sits.
