Could a flat tire, as suspected after the accident that occurred on Tuesday around 11 p.m. and caused one death and two injuries, be the cause ?

He allegedly tried to avoid another vehicle

While in police custody on Friday, September 13, 2024, Koba LaD mentioned a flat tire, not a flat one, reports Le Parisien. According to CCTV footage, a vehicle was in front of the rapper's car just before it left its path. The investigation led by the CRS motorway East Île-de-France is also looking into driving under the influence of drugs. The artist's blood test came back positive. His lawyer, Stéphane Cherqui, specified a level of 1.3 nanograms per ml of THC, arguing that this level would be legal in some countries.

Nevertheless, another relevant level, measured at 16 nanograms, indicates active consumption, contradicting Koba LaD's defense that he has not consumed since the end of August. A counter-expertise could be requested.
