Le cadavre découvert jeudi sur l’Aubrac serait celui d’un homme de nationalité néerlandaise.

"No suspicious traumatic traces were detected". These are the conclusions of the autopsy carried out this Tuesday, March 26, on the corpse found in Saint-Chély-d’Aubrac last week, we learned this Wednesday, March 27 from of the Rodez public prosecutor's office.

As a reminder, it was during an intervention, around 1:20 p.m. Thursday, March 21, for the fire at a shed, located on the side of the road near Lac des Moines, which the Nord Aveyron firefighters made the macabre discovery.

The charred body could not be identified despite the reinforced presence of the national gendarmerie research section on site until Friday morning. Quickly, an investigation into the causes of death was opened by the Rodez public prosecutor's office when several sources reported a corpse found tied up"…

The privileged voluntary act

If the public prosecutor Nicolas Rigot-Muller did not wish to speak on the subject this Wednesday, he did however assure that the investigation was still continuing. And this even if the criminal trail now seems to have been ruled out, in favor of a voluntary act. At least that is what we can conclude from the findings of the forensic doctor. In the meantime, the autopsy carried out this Tuesday March 26 confirmed that it was a male individual. Her identity has still not been revealed.

Coming from the Netherlands?

According to information from Center Presse Aveyron, it would be a man of Dutch nationality. A vehicle registered in the Netherlands, which could be his, was found near the scene and the objects found inside were still being analyzed by the technical and scientific police laboratory with the ;rsquo;support of criminal investigation technicians from the Aveyron gendarmerie group. DNA could be taken from the vehicle and a comparison with that of the corpse must be carried out.
