One of them, a 25-year-old homeless woman, came to chase the other, who was holding a stroller, with a knife in her hand. What the victim learned only after his companion informed him.

Arrested, then placed in police custody, the accused was referred to the courthouse in the capital of the Cévennes on the morning of Monday January 22, before being judged, in the middle of the day, as part of an appearance procedure for prior admission of guilt, a CRPC also called “plead guilty”.

The young woman was sentenced to six months' imprisonment with probation.
