In Lozère, the agricultural plastics collection sector is well established

Here are the instructions for participating in the collection of agricultural plastics. In Lozère, it begins on February 5.  

At the start of the year, fodder stocks are starting to be consumed. It is important that each farmer prepares their used agricultural plastics as best as possible.

To save time, it is advisable to prepare and sort them as they are used. They will be ready for the collections organized in 2024. It is possible to obtain Adivalor bags from distributors, to be able to prepare the twines, nets and wrapping films.

In 2024, two collection operations are planned: winter, in February, for twine, nets and wrapping films packaged exclusively in bags or bales; spring, from April to June, for all used agricultural plastics.
Three categories of plastic collected, three distinct piles: strings, clean, in transparent Adivalor bags; the fillets, shaken, in transparent Adivalor bags and the wrapping films, shaken, folded and rolled, in tied bales or in transparent Adivalor bags. Bulk is not collected in winter. Transparent bags are available from partner distributors.

The winter collection will take place Monday February 5, in Nasbinals, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and in Saint-Chély-d’Apcher, from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., at the recycling center; Tuesday 6, in Marvejols, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the depot of the community of communes, 4 rue des Chazelles, and in Rieutort-de-Randon, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., at the recycling center ; Wednesday 7, in Aumont-Aubrac, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., in Fournels, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., and in Malzieu, from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m., at the recycling center; Tuesday 13, at Massegros, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., at the Baraque de Trémolet (recycling center); in Saint-Étienne-du-Valdonnez, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., and in Grandrieu, from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., at the recycling center; Wednesday February 14, in Châteauneuf-de-Randon, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., and at Bleymard, from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., at the recycling center.
