Trois personnes sont présentées ce vendredi 28 juin en comparution immédiate devant le tribunal correctionnel de Montpellier, dans l’affaire de l’agression lesbophobe survenue dans la soirée du 1er juin en marge du Festival des fanfares à Montpellier.

A fourth suspect not arrested to date

These three people were arrested on Wednesday June 26. According to our information, a fourth suspect has not been arrested to date.

The victim of this attack published a video on social networks on Wednesday June 5. With a swollen face, she explained that she had suffered mockery before receiving blows. Facts perpetrated, according to her account, by several people, while she was on a sidewalk in the company of her girlfriend.

The support of the mayor and the prefect

The young woman also questioned the reaction of the police who would have been present nearby, as well as the way in which her complaint had been received at the Montpellier police station.< /p>

She had received the support of the mayor of Montpellier Michaël Delafosse and the prefect of Hérault François-Xavier Lauch, who had condemned this act.
