Friday April 26, at 6 p.m. at the André-Malraux media library, Franz-Olivier Giesbert came to host a conference, alongside Robert Ménard.

This Friday, April 26, Béziers received a visit from Franz-Olivier Giesbert. Journalist, press boss, he was at the head of the editorial staff du Figaro, du Point, du Nouvel Observateur or de la Provence.

For the occasion, the auditorium of the André-Malraux media library was filled to capacity, chairs were added to the four ends of the room and people were seated on the steps. An old acquaintance of Robert Ménard, it was the mayor of Béziers who launched the conference.

Also an author, the Franco-American came to present his trilogy: "The Intimate History of the Fifth Republic". In his three volumes, he dissects France's recent past, from the Thirty Glorious Years to "at the same time" Macronian.

After the conference, he held a signing session and was able to interact directly with the public.
