During the night from Wednesday to Thursday January 18, 2024, the Bouygues Telecom and SFR mobile network was interrupted.

The Millavois woke up this Thursday morning with a little surprise on their phone: nothing! Nothing for those who have subscribed to a subscription with Bouygues Telecom or SFR. Impossible to make or receive calls, or even communicate via SMS. In the absence of a WiFi connection, the same goes for internet notifications. 

A fiber cut in the town of Montpeyroux

Contacted this morning, the operator Bouygues Telecom confirmed the outage. "A fiber cut took place Thursday January 18 at 2 a.m. in the town of Montpeyroux (Hérault). This incident impacts Bouygues Telecom mobile service customers located mainly in Millau (12100) and the A75. < em>A team is currently mobilized to restore the situation quickly." For the moment, the operator is not in able to indicate a time when the breakdown will end.
