What a day, what finals, and what a finale! The day of the Gard-Lozère Cup finals, organized by hand( s) of master(s) by the District and the Vauvert club, experienced an incredible outcome with the standoff between the ogre acutes-mortais (leader in Regional 1) and the Petit Poucet moussacois (champion of Departmental 2, four divisions below).

After Moussac equalized three times during the match (3-3, 2-2 at half-time), the Saliniers won on penalties, 6 to 5, after a final penalty succeeded by Abbou. It was undoubtedly one of the most beautiful finals and one of the most indecisive in history. We will remember it.
