At the end of an extremely tense derby (three expulsions), the MHSC reserve finally took over Montferrier. Thanks to better efficiency in the second half and a double from Bongemba (48th, 54th). However at the break, Montferrier was ahead after a coherent first period. The visitors were efficient by converting their first opportunity via a header from Ghouamla following a ball dropped from Hacquel (36th). Upon returning from the locker room, the meeting became more electric and in this game, it was the Montpellier residents who knew how to keep their nerves. A success allowing the MHSC reserve to consolidate its second place in the ranking while the hope of maintaining itself becomes increasingly slim on the side of the Entente.

Agde thought he had victory in hand

On Louis Sanguin's side, Agde hosted US Corte yesterday, with the aim of getting closer to leader Istres.
