Nearly 200 strikers come to Inovie headquarters in Montpellier

Dissatisfied with not having obtained a satisfactory response to their demands on salaries, working conditions and recruitment, they demonstrated in front of the group's headquarters this Friday, March 15.

At the initiative of an inter-union FO-CGT-CFDT-Unsa, employees working in particular for Labosud, Biomed and Bioaxiome, subsidiaries of # 39;Inovie, demonstrated this Friday March 15 in front of the group's headquarters.

Believing that their  demands on salaries, working conditions and recruitment had not received a response, they had come from Aude to Vaucluse to make themselves heard.

"A rare event in a private company, knowing that around a hundred employees had been requisitioned this Friday at Labosud", underlined Corrine, a technician. “Young people didn't want to strike because it's one day less salary and bonuses. People are also afraid of losing their jobs.

"For years, we have seen the deterioration of our working conditions, testifies Marie*, an employee from Gard. There are no longer enough of us to work well. And we no longer want our patients to be customers."

"We also strike to defend the rights of patients, with whom we interact at the time of blood testing. Constantly rushing prevents us from working well. Some elderly people don't even have time to get dressed anymore."
