Bagnols-sur-Cèze: Nadine Domis has passed away, the Yellow Vest family in mourning

Nadine Domis s’est éteinte jeudi matin à l’hôpital de Nîmes.

Her friends describe a "woman of heart, of conviction" who notably helped many people experiencing administrative problems. His funeral will take place on Wednesday June 19 in Orange.

She died Thursday morning at the Nîmes hospital, and already leaves a painful void among the Yellow Vests of Bagnols and surrounding areas. Nadine Domis, 64, was "a woman of heart, of conviction, an emblematic figure of the Yellow Vests. Solidarity and action: she came to the aid of everyone, she was a tireless fighter", testifies Dominique Vervacke who met her on the roundabouts on the first day of movement, in 2018. "Since the Yellow Vests, we have formed a family, really. With people we would never have met before." And it’s all over France that Nadine’s friends from Bagnolais Domis have been receiving messages of support since the announcement of his death. "We participated in so many meetings and gatherings", reports Christophe Prevost who recalls: "She was very involved in 2020, when I ran for municipal elections. She managed all the administration. She was great. She had a will, an energy and a heart…", he cries.

Because Nadine Domis was "an administrative champion", "chief secretary of the movement"&amp ;nbsp;; also secretary of the housing rights tenants association (DAL), created in March 2023. "She was totally dedicated. We shared a problem with her, she wouldn't let go until she resolved it. Many testify to us today: "Without her, I wouldn't be here". The funeral will be held on Wednesday June 19 at 2:45 p.m. at the Orange crematorium.
