The suspect is a homeless man who had stolen yellow coins from a business in the city center.

A homeless man was arrested this Wednesday by police officers from the Alès police station after committing a theft in a business in the city center.

The man allegedly grabbed yellow coins from the counter. Taken before a hospital doctor as part of the police custody procedure, it was noted that the individual's condition was incompatible with the deprivation of liberty measure.< /p>

The precarious man could therefore resume his journey. The caregivers noticed, just after the homeless man's departure, that small medical equipment had disappeared. Alerted, the police set out again to look for the individual. Arrested again, the latter was placed in police custody. In accordance with current guidelines, the suspect returned to the hospital to receive a new health assessment.

This time, and against all expectations, the doctors considered that the condition of the individual was compatible with the custody measure.
