The 41st Plantade Festival is Sunday, September 8 in Béziers

La traditionnelle fête des communistes du Biterrois se veut populaire et familiale.

It is an institution, the unmissable meeting place for activists of the Communist Party of Biterrois and all their supporters. And it has been going on like this for over 40 years: the 41st edition of the Plantade festival will take place this year on Sunday, September 8 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

With, on the program, as always, various activities and of course, debates: “The first will focus on social action, Emmanuel Macron's policy, notes communist regional councilor Jean-Marc Biau. The second will deal with the international situation, linked to the culture of peace, whether at the level of the war in Ukraine or during the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. See how to set up local initiatives with more content and more people."

Children's games, catering, music, various activities, flea market… The Plantade festival is intended above all "popular and family-oriented. We want to cultivate living together through it."

Saturday, September 7, at 11 a.m., in front of the Béziers sub-prefecture, the communists of Biterrois will also gather with the New Popular Front to denounce the policy of Emmanuel Macron's government.
